Protected: Welcome to the r(E)volution

I came across Humble Seed innocently enough. One night I was hanging on the #gardenchat conversation on Twitter when I got a Facebook friend request (who says homesteaders can’t be tech savvy?) from someone at Humble Seed. We seemed to have a lot in common so I accepted and the fellow started telling me about Humble and what it stood for. I was pretty impressed. We believe that the benefits you receive from growing your own herbs, fruits, and vegetables from seed outweigh buying store-bought foods. Whether you are an experienced gardener, a prepper, or an organization that is interested in growing a community garden, growing your own food from seed provides you with fresher foods, saves you money, and can help you maintain a healthy and self-reliant lifestyle. As I read I got to thinking that so many of those words were relevant to our pursuits at the Tiny r(E)volution. We believe that the benefits you receive from living a somewhat minimalist lifestyle with emphasis on experience and relationship will outweigh anything you purchase or own for the sake of consumption and short-term satisfaction.
